We do not collect payment information.
Your data is used to: (a) Connect you with relevant home service vendors in your area; (b) Provide personalised market intelligence and construction cost estimates; (c) Send you updates relevant to your home planning project via WhatsApp (only if you provided your number); (d) Improve our platform and tools. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your details only with: (a) Our internal team for lead management purposes; (b) Vendors you explicitly request to connect with. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.
Your data is stored securely on servers located in India. We retain lead data for up to 2 years and vendor data for as long as the vendor relationship is active.
